QUALITY CONTROL & TESTING

ITP (inspection test plan) will be prepared and executed for each item of the orders.
Strict process and quality control at TONGJI Engineering is critical for us to consistently achieve the highest standards across our products and services.
It is applied at every stage within our processing operations throughout raw material sourcing, alloy selection, product design, engineering, production and delivery.

With qualified technicians and inspectors, the TONGJI ENGINEERING QC department is committed to providing complete customer satisfaction through the use of some of the most advanced NDE methods available including Hydro,Ultrasound, Eddy Current , RT, PT and MT testing etc.

Processing Inspection
Raw materials check, production schedule tracking, Middle product check (followed the technological requirements or not) and Witness the Final heat treatment, NDT Test, Mechanical properties test (tensile, flattening, flaring etc), 100% dimensional and surface check, packing check.
